You thought I was done with the Pakistan trip photos, but there will be at least a few more, or at least a few related posts.
I took this frozen Saffron Road biryani in for lunch at work the other day. While it was probably a better lunch option than many I could have had, it bore only the faintest resemblance to the delectable biryani I enjoyed a few weeks ago in Lahore. Alas!
Among other things, it was quite dry — if it it had come with a little frozen packet of yogurt, or even better, raita, that would have helped.
