I’ve started brainstorming ideas for the Autumn 2022 Patreon treatboxes (theme: Wonderland), and I had a quick question — one of my subscribers said that she really just wanted the food treats, and felt bad that she didn’t use the other things I included. And another of my subscribers said that she wanted only non-food items.
So I’m wondering whether I should add a couple more options for TYPE of box. I probably wouldn’t do this at every level, at least initially, but I could try it with the Earth tier box ($40 each, sent out three times / year):
a) Earth Gourmet: Food Treats Only
b) Earth Eclectic: Mixed Food and Crafted Treats
c) Earth Artisan: Crafted Treats Only
Thoughts? Would adding the A & C options make it more likely that you might subscribe (or give a gift subscription for a birthday or holiday)?
I do try to customize the boxes already, with one subscriber who can’t do cayenne, and another who doesn’t use bath salts. So rather than adding separate options up front, we can just keep letting people customize, and maybe make it more explicit that any subscriber can choose only food, mixed, or only crafted.
But I’m wondering whether having the options laid out when people subscribe might be better?
