Palm Springs: Last few pics from Saturday night. We ended up at a different restaurant accidentally from the one our local friend meant to recommend, and we didn’t love everything there, but if you do end up at Las Casuelas Original, I did quite like the fajitas with giant Tiger prawns.
(They also messed up our order and I think forgot it or something, because it took FOREVER for it to come out (as we watched table after table get their food before us), but everyone in hospitality is understaffed right now, I think, and one has to expect that some of these things will happen for a while yet. So I’m not holding that against them. Tip your waitstaff generously, regardless.)
