My dad with Kavi, my cousin Neelmini, and her daughter Nora. It was so great getting to spend some time with Nora — she’s not old enough to be vaccinated yet, so even though she actually lives less than 30 minutes from me, I’ve seen very little of her the last two years; we’re all trying to be very careful around her. Soon, though, I’m looking forward to smothering her in aunty affection on the regular. And Kavi may well end up doing some babysitting…
Side note: Why is Kavi wearing a coat in the house? Because she’s just come in from hanging out with Natalia outside. When it got too cold for them outside, they went into one of the cars to sit and talk, because apparently being in the same house with the rest of us was just too much. 
They did come back in when driven by the need for food…
