I’ve caught some winter bug that isn’t COVID, and I find myself weirdly irritated by it. Like — after EVERYTHING we’ve gone through, and all the precautions we’ve been taking, with the masking, avoiding people, compulsive handwashing, etc., how dare OTHER viruses still get me sick. GAH.
I’ll be fine, just a couple days of extra tiredness, light-headedness, and digestive issues. I think I’m on the mend at this point; hoping to be back to normal tomorrow. But as I said, IRRITATED.
