Children discovered the gingerbread village kit that I never got around to having them do for Christmas, and fervently asserted that they HAD to do them RIGHT NOW. I, being exhausted, have retired to my bed, grateful that Kevin's mother and Karina have leapt into the house-assembling-and-decorating fray.
