I have a cold, and Anand was complaining yesterday about being tired and sick, so I told him he could stay home today if he was quiet and didn't bother me. I gave him a Kindle and headphones, and for a while he was sitting nicely on the couch. But now he is leaping about the living room, holding the Kindle in one hand, jumping off furniture, delightedly proclaiming that he has carrots! CARROTS!!! (He's playing Castleville.)
