It’s weird, how I have no hesitation about posting art pics or art-in-progress pics, even when they’re not necessarily beautiful, but it feels weirdly inappropriate to do the same with writing.
I know a few poets who post screenshots of their manuscript pages, or printed pages from a book, and I’m fine with that — but when I think about doing the same, it feels obnoxious. Yet I have books to promote, and maybe sharing the words would help with that.
Is it just me? Is this just something I should get over, or is there something real there?
