Bits of Miami Beach (walking from mid-to-North, I think, if I’ve gotten the geography right).
The chandelier is from the Palms. We stopped in various hotels, and Anand was a little bewildered by how fancy the lighting was; he clearly thought crystal chandeliers and the like were completely over the top and unnecessary.
Me, I like the giant fountaining twig chandelier. 🙂 I’m a sucker for some dramatic lighting.
