School board meeting, 6:30 – 8:50. One of our shorter meetings, and very pleased that we voted in the plan to put in geothermal power at the high school.
Due in large part to recent additional federal incentives, this will actually end up saving the school a significant amount of money annually (as soon as it’s implemented), AND will help us make significant progress towards our sustainability goals. Win-win.
