Editing with decision: Okay, thanks for all the advice, folks. I decided to re-up my AAA membership (which expired last June; I usually have it), and have them tow it to the dealer (30 miles away, so I got the $100 100-mile tow membership instead of the $60 5-mile towmembership). We’ll let the dealer handle it from there.

Editing to note: the car is in my garage; I was able to drive it home. I can go a few days without needing to drive it.
Tire help? I have a tire that’s completely blown out, so the car isn’t driveable. (This is stock photo, not my tire, but that’s only a little more than how shredded my tire is. I’d worry that I’d damage the rims if I tried to drive anywhere on it.)
To get it changed, I’d need to tow it somewhere, which is spendy. To complicate matters, it’s a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman, and when I called around, most places didn’t have the tire in stock, or if they did, they were going to charge twice the normal cost of the tire ($400 instead of $150 – $200). The dealer is far enough away that it would add hundreds to the tow cost.
I gather there are services that come to your place to change a tire, and I’m wondering if the right thing to do is order the tire online, have it shipped to me, and then have someone come out to change it out. In theory, I know how to change a tire, I’ve done it multiple times to put on a spare, including once in the pouring winter rain on the highway, but this car doesn’t seem to have a jack or a spare, which is sort of bewildering to me. Unless it’s hidden somewhere neither I nor the Jiffy Lube guys could find it.
At this point, I’m happy to pay someone to come do it right.
And is there any chance those people would have the tires themselves? (I’m guessing not, since it’s a more unusual tire.)
Recommendations for tire-changing-at-your-house people welcome, also any other thoughts on how best to handle this.
Thanks!
