Lots of folks have dropped off clothes already, so the family spent yesterday evening organizing those – I expect more will come in during the swap itself, which is from 1-7.
Lots of great items so far, including quite a few new items with tags, cute winter hats and legwarmers, swimsuits (for your tropical getaway), trendy purses and jewelry, and even a cozy elephant onesie. So far, sizes range from XS – XL, but we may get more sizes in during the swap.
Adult women’s clothing only, please – I don’t have capacity for men’s and children’s at this time. Might do another swap in a few weeks for those, we’ll see!
If you’re local, please feel free to stop by – we’ll have snacks, tea, and coffee out, and you’re more than welcome to sit and hang for a bit – bring your knitting.
I’ll collect any remaining clothes at the end of the swap and sort and organize them, and store them in my garage until the refugee-supporting orgs are ready to accept them (it’s all in transition right now).
