First launch event tonight for my breast cancer memoir, Tornado — Chicago folks, if you’re free, come out to Volumes Book Cafe in Wicker Park (just off the Blue line, 1373 N. Milwaukee) for the SLF’s September Deep Dish reading.
You’ll get to hear me reading from both Tornado and Perennial (a garden romance, just reissued), along with a host of other fabulous readers, all in a tight 60-90 minutes or so.
