Dinner with friends at Tavernakaya – Madison — my poke bowl was delicious, but I was a little startled by the size of the sake that I ordered.
After investigation, it seems like this is a type of sake that’s made with more water than what I’m used to seeing? So it’s still the same amount of alcohol that you end up drinking? Very confusing at first. Clearly, I must go to Japan and learn more.
