Last meal at the executive dining hall at LUMS. They treat their executives well — and don’t do badly by a cohort of starving writers either.
The food in the dining hall, I thought was consistently good, except for their occasional Chinese food, which bore no resemblance to Chinese food that I could see. Sri Lanka has GREAT Chinese food. Lahore probably does too, but not in the executive dining hall.
