The organizers have made meals very easy for us — we all get to eat in LUMS’s Executive Dining Room, where we can gorge ourselves on deliciousness to our heart’s content. There’s even a chef making custom omelettes for breakfast — I had the standard Pakistani omelette, which was yummy. Other breakfast items I enjoyed — parathas and white chanay (chickpeas), poori and halwa (sweet).
I had to exercise a fair bit of discipline today!
