Despite a hacking cough (yes, it’s just a cold), I managed to get through tonight’s school board meeting by virtue of the almost constant application of medicated cough drops + hot tea with honey.
Feeling grateful for a mercifully brief meeting tonight — only two hours! That’s amazing!
I am now going to reward myself for making it through with a hot toddy.
