We’re watching Baking Impossible on Netflix, which is very cool, though they go through all the techniques so quickly that I’m going to have to watch the whole thing again, slowly, to get even a vague sense of what the chefs are actually doing (never mind the engineers), but I’m mostly posting to note that one of the contestants (an engineer and toymaker) is from Sri Lanka. Woot.
