We tried to go to the mall to get some back-to-school clothes, not realizing the mall is closed on Easter. I guess I’ve never tried to shop on Easter before, oops. So we just had some brunch (the restaurants were the only stores open) and came back home again, which was also fine.
Nice light meal — dragonfruit & lime refresher, egg scramble with kale, parmesan, and roast sweet potato.
