Posting a pathetic plea on the local mom group, asking if anyone had a teen looking for snow shoveling work. Kev and I got the last snowfall, but this is a big one, and I had a lot of work scheduled for today. 15 minutes later, one was at my door, huzzah.
Heavy snow all day, still going, should stop around bedtime, and then he’s coming back at 6 a.m. to do another pass before he starts school. Industrious kid! Happy me.
(Mine are not yet big / strong enough to shovel snow, but next year we’ll be starting Kavi on it, I think.)
