I’m quite sure PB intended this gryphon bowl as a Halloween candy dish, and I may even use it that way some year, but I think it works rather splendidly for my first round of paperwhites. Start a few paperwhites every two weeks to have gorgeous white blooms on tall green stems through the winter. Place bulbs in pebbles and add water just to come to the base of the bulb (more, and the bulb will rot).
(I made that stained glass window in a class not long after we moved into this house a decade ago. 
I totally want to re-do it, but the studio (Two Fish) isn’t around anymore. Maybe someone will open up another someday…)
