Kandasamys: The Wedding was pretty good — everyone’s a little caricatured, but that’s typical for this style of movie, I think.
And I’m now really enjoying Masaba, Masaba — contemporary show about Bombay fashion designer whose life is falling apart, with a fading starlet mother. Very of-the-moment, with lots of Instagramming and such. Strong acting, strong writing.
