Liffted weights tonight, for first time in forever. Thanks to whomever recommended the app Strong — it’s exactly the sort of thing I wanted for basic tracking. I’ve gone back to the book I used the last time I lifted (years ago), because it did well by me then, _The New Rules of Lifting for Women_.
I started the weights really low, and plan to increase very slowly. Nice to be back at it. Goal: STRONG.
For those curious, I did dumbbell squats, 45-degree pushups, bent-over dumbbell rows, dumbbell step-ups, and prone jackknifes.
