Quick reminder that we do open house for New Year’s Day, potluck and board games.
Happy to see old friends, or make new ones. 
Potluck — bring some food or drink to share. I have cocktail samosas, spicy Sri Lankan beef smoore, a mild beef stew, plenty of rice, and various other bites on hand; I’ll probably cook a few more things, including some more vegan and gluten-free options. Will probably fry some vegan vadai and Sri Lankan chicken patties. We’ll also have mulled cider, mango-orange mimosas, fizzy sodas, tea and coffee.
We have lots of board games, suitable for all ages, and MagnaTiles for the little ones. Kids generally go mostly upstairs to the playroom to hang out (mine are 10 and 12 now), and grown-ups and littles are usually on the first floor. If the basement’s cleared in time (iffy), we’ll have Xbox set up down there too.
