I think I've given up on using a recipe for cranberry sauce. I just throw things in. About a thumb's worth of minced ginger. Fresh orange juice. Cranberries. A supremed clementine. Strips of clementine peel (bitter white part removed). Ground cloves. Honey. A slug of bourbon. Jaggery. End result -- pretty darn good, but I can't write the recipe down for you, because I have no idea how much of anything I used. Ah well!
