A few people have started asking about pre-ordering the book; especially since the print editions are limited, I wanted to nail down the pricing and let the orders start coming in.

Here's what I'm planning on pricing:

• .99 - story singles (pricing it on the lower side because I'd rather sell more of them and encourage more book sales and word of mouth)
• $10 - eBook
• $15 - trade paperback
• $25 - hardcover

+ shipping -- shouldn't be too much within the U.S. (maybe $2?), but international orders will be more.

I'm not sure how I'll be producing the print books yet. My budget wasn't large enough to allow for an actual print run, so they may be POD, which would limit some of the special features that I would ideally like to include (things like special paper, ribbon bookmarks, etc.) If enough pre-orders come in, though, I might be able to do a real print run, instead of doing the books POD. That would be lovely -- we'll see how it goes. Regardless, I'm going to try to make the physical books beautiful, with gorgeous cover design and interior illustrations.
