I’m still missing…

I'm still missing WisCon, still feeling like I didn't get to see enough people in that short window of time. I'm having fantasies about coaxing people to come to Chicago a day or two early, once our house is finished. We'll only have the one guest room, but we could easily fit half a dozen folks on air mattresses and sleeping bags in the playroom and basement. We could have some hangout time, some writing time. And then caravan up in my car and another rental car, perhaps. It might even be cheaper for them than flying directly into Madison.

Of course, I'd have to talk Kevin into this. Hmm...maybe I can offer him a week in Israel in exchange...
