I also think this zinc counter (zinc is period-appropriate for Victorian kitchens) is really gorgeous, both the countertop surface and the cabinet color:
I like the dark wood counters in the background too, and the faucets, and the porcelain sink, and wide plank dark wood floors -- the only thing I don't like about that kitchen is the distressed cream cabinetry -- the cream is boring, and the distressing just makes it look dirty to me.
