Interview over. Went…
Interview over. Went well, I think. Definitely easier to manage a phone interview with two interviewers, rather than four. One of the nicest parts was that they reassured me that even though Gustavus is a religious-affiliated institution, that the Lutherans have a strong tradition of dissent and open discourse, and that the department and college would support my academic and writerly freedoms. Definitely good to know.
