It’s kind of startling…

It's kind of startling how much time these revisions are taking. It's a much slower process than drafting the sections; it makes me wish I'd thought through some of the stuff a little better before drafting, so I don't have to work so hard or so slowly now to fix it. Sigh. Still, I think all the chronology on the Peter storyline is now straigtened out, so all I have left to do on that line is fine-tune his character. I can do that, right? That isn't supposed to be the hard part -- if there's anything that normally comes naturally to me, it's characterization...
