Is Kirkus worth the money?

Publishing / library / industry people, a question. For my indie-published cookbook, we got a glowing starred Publishers’ Weekly review. The book has been sent to Booklist and Library Journal, and I’m hoping they’ll choose to review it. But Kirkus charges $400 for an independent publisher review. Is that a good use of (v. limited)
