We had a lovely balloonist at Kavi’s sari day party, Bill O’Connor.
He was busy for two solid hours with both the children and the teens, and also some adults — several of my aunties ended up with flower balloon bracelets to coordinate with their saris — and Bill would kindly re-make balloons that had popped too.
