One small frustration about the timing of this trip is while I’m getting to enjoy the glory of spring in Pakistan, I’m also missing my absolute favorite time in my own garden — early spring, when it’s just waking up.
But Kevin loves me, so he sent me some photos of what’s emerging — hellebores and dwarf iris, and crocuses.
It’s moderately cold in Chicago this week, so I’m sort of hoping it stays that way until I get back, so everything stays sleepy a little longer. (Sorry, Chicagoans. )
