Everything has sort of exploded into spring overnight. The tulips are up, along with everything else — it feels like the whole world is blooming. Kavi dragged me outside, asking, “When did this happen?” Um, two nights ago, I think. 
And when she saw “A butterfly!” amidst the tulips, she was like to perish from sheer delight.
(I didn’t have the heart to tell her it’s probably a cabbage white moth that will eat our vegetables…)
