Thalia are my favorite daffodils — a little smaller than standard, so elegant in their shape and the clean white. They spread really happily in my garden too, so I have more of them every year.
I dug a huge crowded clump up, separated and moved them to a few other places, which went well. But then I tried to dig up another batch, and they were planted a little deeper, and I ended up just cutting them off instead of getting up the bulbs — oh well. Good excuse to make an exuberant bouquet for the mantel!
