And then I poured, and today, we un-mold.

Okay, remember way back when (in, like May), I had a batch of resin that I didn’t mix enough, and it was all goopy and awful, and I had to throw out various things? I really didn’t want to throw out this peony table (which I was building upside down, so it had at least 2-3 good layers already poured, encapsulating all the peonies), so I thought I’d at least try scooping out the goopy resin and then re-pouring on top of it, and see whether that worked.

Well, many months went by, mostly because the idea of working on it was depressing, and finally, I gave up and asked a part-time assistant to do the clean-out for me. And he did (thanks, Connor!), and then I poured, and today, we un-mold. Let’s see what happened…
