Phone died, so couldn’t take shop progress pics this afternoon; need to remember to take a charger and leave it there. I also need to figure out the WiFi there. But I took down the shelving units I disliked — my injured wrist is loving my new lightweight electric screwdriver. Went fast, even though it was close to twenty long screws. And then I finished putting up that wallpaper on one wall.
I was honestly pretty tired by then, and knocked off at six — all the up and down ladders and bending weirdly used some unaccustomed muscles. I might get the other wall done tomorrow, but might not. We’ll see how the day goes; I’m free in the morning and evening, but on campus all afternoon. It’s okay.
People will understand that it’s a soft open, I’m sure.
Made some new tiny flower collages while watching Gilmore Girls re-runs with Kavi this evening. A better choice than trying to hang more wallpaper, I think. Now to watch an episode of Agatha All Along (wandavision spin-off) with Kev, and then well-earned bed.
