Little store update — I haven’t been paying a lot of attention to Sprout recently, because I’ve been working on big resin peony and rose tables and bookends, which have been selling directly off Facebook (I’m about two months out on custom orders right now). But I do have a lot of stock down at the shop, and despite my recent neglect, they do seem to keep selling. Right now, it’s mostly the fruit and flower coasters (which sell very steadily there) and the newer delicate botanical jewelry.
I just barely made rent last month, so it’s not a huge profit on what’s in the store! But I’m expecting to bring more people into the store in July with my birthday party on the 20th (see my events for details), and maybe I can squeeze in a flower preserving workshop somewhere in there too.
I’m working shifts on July 6th and July 14th, so if you have any interest in a free workshop, let me know! How to dry flowers using various methods, and incorporate them into artwork. I can do a little UV resin work demo too, I think, but it’s not set up for working with the two-part resin I use for trays and tables.
