Kavi and Anand’s first attempt at shortbread, for Father’s Day. They look a little grey in this photo she took, not sure why; they were a very light tan. They could have used a little more time in the oven, I think, to get to a slight golden tinge, but overall, not bad!
Happy Father’s Day to Kevin, who probably won’t see this. He’s a really terrific dad, and I’m lucky I get to co-parent with him.
