The gooseneck loosestrife is finally fading, and if I were a neat gardener, I suppose I could go around and deadhead it all, but that is too much for me. I’ll just enjoy the garden phlox rising above it instead. This is a native cultivar, “Jeana.” I added this last year, I think — like it enough that I’m going to be adding two more along the bed.
