Celebratory Bedecking

I spent about six hours yesterday on a big, desperately needed pantry re-org, clearing out things we’d never eat, shifting around for better locations, etc. and so on. One benefit is that all my vases are now easily accessible and no longer in danger of toppling over when people are reaching for other things, whew.

So I celebrated today by collecting several spring lovelies from the garden and bedecking the first floor. Species tulips, leucojum and white fritillary, tulips, mini daffodils. Sometimes I do a big composed bouquet, but generally, I’d rather have smaller collections, often of single species, scattered around. Flowers everywhere!
