I will, of course, likely take gazillion photos of Kavi and her friends getting ready for Homecoming, but her grandmother asked for a photo of her in her outfit, so we thought we’d make sure we had one ready to send her. Kavi approved this one. 
I think this is the first time (age 14), when she’s really wanted to dress up for a dance. Whether she will actually dance tonight remains to be seen, but I’m sure she’ll have fun with her friends regardless.
(‘m not sure why it looks like there’s a bright ribbon of blue on one edge of her torso — I think that must be an artifact of the light reflection on this funky fabric).
