Sometimes home projects go very slowly. I think it must have been last year that I started buying some stencils, meaning to do some stuff to the walls (and by ‘do some stuff,’ I mean ‘paint’), but only today did I finally get around to taping them up to various walls.
And now I’ll think about them for a while, and decide if I really want these stencils on these walls, and then comes the paint color choosing, and we’ll be lucky if we get paint purchased by the time the semester ends, but that’s okay, because there’s definitely no time to actually paint until after final grades are in. But it’s a little step in the right direction.
Now my family just has to deal with stencils hanging on the walls for two months.
