The parkway is looking nice again, now that I’ve finally taken an hour to get rid of the ragweed and all the other opportunistic weeds. My hope is to continue to add in enough desirable plants so that I eventually have to do little-to-no weeding….but we’re not there yet.
It’s hard to get a good photo that shows how lovely the whole thing looks, but I had another neighbor pausing to thank me for it yesterday, so it’s not just me who thinks it’s rather nice.
I mean, I am a fond mama gardener, so I probably do look at it through rose-colored glasses….
