Native rough blazing star, just budding, with Summer Beauty allium.

Garden pics from a few days ago: gooseneck loosestrife, hydrangea, hot garden with four natives blooming: pink coneflower, orange butterfly weed, pink phlox, and orange daylilies + pink lilies, first cherry tomatoes, bell pepper flower.

Garden pics from a week or two ago: elderflower, native bugbane getting ready to bloom, Arya with writing shed, native purple poppy mallow, gooseneck loosestrife (aggressive in our zone, plant only where it will be contained or where you don’t mind pulling it up to keep it in check).

Garden pics from a few weeks ago… Feverfew, clematis, roses and Jackmanii clematis.

Water gardens with adorable baby dragon. Also, I thought y’all might be amused by the Iron Throne swathed in protective plastic. 🙂 (No, I’m not going to ask them to unwrap it so I can take a photo…)

Hollyhocks, daylilies with not sure, lavender?, more hollyhocks.

Bee on bachelor’s buttons, yellow columbine, rose, dianthus, and I think that last is all delphinium.

Close-up of George and Parris’s elephants. I have a little stone elephant from Sri Lanka, but mine is about two inches high, instead of three feet.
