Last time Tristram came by my castle, I had 30 knights laying in wait to kill him (no special reason, was just bored, no need for him to take it personally). Plot was discovered. Ensued much wailing and moaning, v. rude. All "fie for shame, such false treason in a queen and a king's sister, and a king and queen's daughter." Meaning me, of course, but do knights ever come out and just say it to me directly? No, too full of chivalry. Therapist calls this behavior "passive-aggressive" and am well inclined to agree.
Am willing to let bygones be bygones, however, due to extreme good cheer of last night. Therapist says is "self-destructive" to seduce errant knights who are "abusive" (means they call me evil treacherous sorceress etc). Am working on changing my "self-defeating patterns".
But never can resist the really errant ones. Like therapist said: I am a giver!! Anyway, is nice to have new playthings to bewitch or kill.
Tristram is on his way to Camelot. Gave him a kinky pornographic shield to bear, picturing a king, queen and knight in v. compromising bondage positions. Tristram all excited to show off naughty shield to knightly comrades, didn't notice that pictures on shield were doctored to look like Arthur, Guinnevere, and Lancelot! Should cause quite a stir at court. Good thing brother loves practical jokes!!
"Passive-aggressive behavior" I know but a girl can't change all at once.
