I’m afraid I’m starting to get through my stock of peonies — the coral peonies are done (first and second pic), and I’ve just used the last of the dark pink ones that I dried myself. (Third pic).
I tried ordering some peonies online, but so far, everything I’ve found for a reasonable price seems to have been air-dried, rather than dried in desiccant. If you look at the fourth pic, you can see the difference — the top of the bookends feature an air-dried peony, while the other peonies were dried in desiccant, which gives more of a lush look.
That last set of bookends is available (I’ll tag into comments the people who indicated interest previously — they have dibs), but I’m going to discount it — $30 instead of the $40 I’ve been charging for bookends so far.
If no one claims that pair, I’ll take them down to Berwyn Sprout on Sunday.
