I missed a step coming…

I missed a step coming out of the paint store yesterday and came down hard and twisted on my left foot, and it hurt for a second but then it seemed okay, and I was fine all day, but it was starting to hurt a bit by evening, and now I can barely walk on that foot. It's weird -- I seem to have pulled something in the top of my foot, which I've never done before. My inclination is to take some Advil and maybe see if I can find something to wrap my foot with, so it doesn't move as much. (It doesn't hurt unless I try to move it or point it.) This is going to be a work-from-the-couch day, I guess.
