Stopped by Happy Apple Pie Shop, LLC for Michelle Mascaro’s going away party, and one last slice of her fabulous apple pie.
They’re closing for a week, and then Easter Seals will be taking on the business, with Michelle’s recipes and staff, and with her consulting. So in a week, I’m sure I’ll be back for more pie. (The apple and chicken pot pie are my favorites; my kids love the chocolate chess pie.)
