Went to a little trouble to make a nice dinner for Kevin for Father’s Day. Not the most kid-friendly meal, but they agreed this one dinner was for him, and they managed fine.
I thought all the recipes (from Smitten Kitchen) were good, but the burrata-cherry-pistachio appetizer was outstanding. It’s going on the party list!
All this took a little under the length of one movie to make. (I introduced Kavi to Chocolat while I cooked.)
